Classy & Co.: A Tiffany Blue Classroom Theme

I was laying out by the pool, not a care in the world, when someone in a Tiffany Blue hat walked by--and I just KNEW that had to be the color inspiration for my classroom this year!  So, I grabbed up my idea journal super quick, and came up with "Classy & Co."  Here is a little preview of some of the items included--number cards, word wall toppers, table numbers, passes, helper chart, calendar headers and numbers, and reading station chart labels (could go along great with the Daily 5).
{Click the cover page above to take you to my TpT shop!}

Here are some other FABULOUS finds through Pinterest that I am using for some Tiffany Blue classroom inspiration:

1.  Frames:  Etsy--apparently, these have been SOLD! And anyway, they are/were expensive! Sad day!  But, maybe if I feel a little crafty, I could try to make something similar?  Love those colors!

2.  Decorative garland:  CUTE!  I have included  round "Welcome" banner letters in my decor kit, but this garland would be a perfect little touch to add to a blank wall somewhere.

3.  Wall Canvas:  Um, 2 things:  chevron + tiffany blue=WIN!  Target!  Go getcha one.

What is YOUR classroom theme going to be this year???

Sarah..this is just lovely! Your room is going to be beautiful! I am doing Dots on Turquoise this year...mostly turquoise. I'm loving your set, though!

My theme will remain owls! I just can't get enough of them. :) However, as far as color goes, I will put more of a focus on shades of purple. Love those frames!

Something so pretty about Tiffany blue and a white ribbon. I also like that it's feminine but not overly girly.

Just saw your frames and wanted to share that our Michael's had frames and frame decorations on cheap cheap sale today. It was the kind that you paint and decorate yourself. Some of the decorations were as low as 29 cents. I'm sure you could be as creative as those Etsy frames are!!! Lovely designs on your product!!

Love the Tiffany blue & chevron..so stinkin' cute! I'm going with black and white chevron and polka dots...with touches of pink & green. I love seeing all these classrooms that have been simplified into just a few colors. I hope mine turns out as cute as yours is looking!:)

Love! I would get that decor pack for my classroom right now, but my focus is on remodeling our next bedroom in yellow and grey...which is my other fave at the moment! Maybe next year though!

Your room is going to look beautiful! The principals and leadership teams in my district were told at a Charge Session two weeks ago that there was no place for "Martha Stewart" type classrooms, and that nothing hanging in our classrooms should be anything but something related to what the children were learning in the classroom. Rooms should be uncluttered, and if the principal walks in and asks a child about something that is on the wall, board, etc., the child should be able to tell you how they used that to help them learn...on that day. Methinks there will be some changes coming in our classrooms. Last year we all put up the CCSS in kid-friendly language. NOW we are being told that that isn't enough. That doesn't work. WHY? Because the kids don't really know what it is and aren't learning from it. WHEN will they make up their minds?! Better yet, why don't they let US, the teachers, do what we know is best for our classrooms?

Oh my goodness, I NEED that chevron canvas! I was going to make a set of 4 for my house, but if I can get that at that price, already made, then I will. Off to Target I go!!

Sarah, this is such a fun and classy theme. I love the garland and the hope you can recreate those picture frames. Too Cute! I am currently tackling making my room all Eric Carle for next year. And they say teachers have the whole summer off! Pssh! Thanks for sharing!

Great minds think alike! I am doing the exact same color scheme. I thought you might want to know that Primary Concepts has pockets charts that match perfectly. :)
