Ok, does anyone else feel like someone has hit the fast forward button? How in the world is it October already?! The chalkboard and quote above is on display in our kitchen right now, as a reminder to our family to enjoy each day as it happens, and to remember what is truly important in life. I think we all just get SO busy-- that we forget to take the time to look around us, and enjoy the little things! I know I do. Plus also, who doesn't LOVE Ferris Bueller? I mean, really!!!

Oh my, yes. In some ways I'm glad it's going fast: It's been difficult balancing work and two small children. In other ways, I want it to slow down: my kids are growing up way too fast!
