Hmm... I thought of something along the lines of "Hard work is the FRAMEwork for success. I don't know exactly how to word it, but that's basically what we do in the beginning of the year! We build a framework for success for our kiddos! Good luck finding that perfect title! They look so cute!

I love the idea AND I think your title is perfect!
Mrs. Bear...I used large sheets of white poster board, cut them in half, drew the frame design and cut it, then painted them using acrylic paints! Do you have a theme for your summer school classroom?
What about:
Framing Fabulousness? Or,
Fabulously Framed? Or,
First Grade Fabulous(ness)?!?
But I like yours, "You've Been Framed!" It's super simple and super cute!
And since we're on the topic of framing things, I wanted to let you know that when I was looking through your ADORABLE blog I had the idea of laminating the picture and the title of the anchor charts that are made in the classroom--AND-- possibly laminating with it, an ANCHOR CHART FRAME?!?! (I hope that makes sense)
That way I can save a super cute illustration and title in cute fonts and just use the chart as a write and wipe for future use with the kids' ideas. But honestly that's just because I am not as creative as some and if I draw a super cute picture I will want to keep it around :-)

This is an awesome idea! Not sure how big these are, but if you have access to a Cricut machine, you could cut these out really quickly using heavy cardstock. The largest size you can cut is 12x12. And, they have a million different versions of something just like this! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Kelie--these are pretty large--but I might try to use the cricut with something else I am planning for inside my classroom! That is a great idea--and will definitely save some time! Thanks!

Love the idea! My first thought was to use the clear sheet protectors behind each frame so you can just slip work in and out.... and now I'm off to figure out if I can use this idea in my own school.
I think that a play on an art museum or gallery would be cute. Something like "First Grade Masterpieces" or "Our Best Works of Art." I am not crazy about either of those but they might have potential! Love this idea!

Love this idea!! Will you label each frame with the child's name? So cute!! This is really cheesy but how about 'Frame'worthy Work! :-) What size is each frame and are you just painting each one a solid color? I may have to do something like this....thanks for the idea! ~Becky
Love it SO much!!! Couple questions- will you put their names at the bottom of the frame or do you intend to reuse these? Next, will this be on a bulletin board? How will you attach the work to the frame and the frame to the board? I hate working so hard on stuff to put staples in it! Just curious?? eden_capps@scps.k12.fl.us
