When Jennifer started posting about the 'Bama Blogger meet up, 2 things immediately came to mind:
1. What am I going to wear?
2. Are we going to Steel City Pops? (If you've ever had one of these DELIGHTFUL little popsicles, you'd understand. Please come visit me in Birmingham, and I'll meet you there anytime. Also, get the coconut. You'll thank me.)
Jennifer gave everyone little Washi tape favors! Oh, how I LOVE Washi tape. And look at that CUTE tag. Stop it right now.
Here is the group! We met at one of my FAVE tex-mex restaurants. Let's just say lots of chips and cheese were involved...oh, and sweet tea--because we're southern girls.
And of course, no blogger meet up is complete without a huge photo session!

After lunch, a few of us went on a shopping field trip to Hobby Lobby.
Yes! All smiles...cause we are about to get our shoppin' on!
Shopping was followed by...Steel City Pops. Basically, they are fancy popsicles.
I could probably be their marketing/advertising specialist extraordinaire.
And, y'all, look at this darling little airstream bus. So fun.
Like I said, coconut is my pop of choice. But look at these fun flavors...

LOVE!! Superior is my favorite restaurant on 280 - yum! That is EXACTLY where I sat when I was there a few weeks ago, so I'm going to go ahead and say I was there in spirit. I've never had a coconut pop from SCP before... next time! :)
